Imagine seeing the courier delivering a parcel half the size you were expecting, I thought I’d ordered it wrong or my order was sent incorrectly ! Then I saw that it was bent almost in half 😳
I’ve dealt with polycarbonate before but I never thought it would stand that much pressure and the hammering it would take during transport.
I carefully unwrapped it, making sure it didn’t smack me in the face as it bounced back to straight again. Need not of worried, no damage at all, no fracture marks or whitening. Cut it, routed the edges to make a nice chamfered finish, drilled and countersunk the fixings, applied a sealant to the mating surfaces and fixed it in place. Same tint as the original boat windows so it all looks really good now. 👍👌

Got email back saying that I need to read description before I bought as bullbs not included I replied back with picture of order stating I had done and that bulbs were included Got a reply back saying - you hadn't asked for bullbs but just to return the package I again asked for postage paid label explaining given the dialogue and the fact that I had not received what had been ordered that I need to return They came back and again said bulbs are not included OMG - It is just a nightmare. I purchased a sample of this Lino only to check it would suit my needs. my main order of this Lino was cancelled as it wasn’t in stock!! A waste of my time and money. Why charge for a sample of something you don’t have in stock?

I replaced some of the windows in my Conservatory with these panels. Easy to cut to size with a jigsaw. Look great and should help insulate the conservatory.

I realised after placing my order, that I had ordered the incorrect size. I emailed immediately to correct this and my order was changed without having to cancel and reorder. It is not how well a company deal with an order for me to judge a company you need to look at how they deal with an issue. What an excellent company to work with. Wrong width sheets sent & 2 end angles were left out of order, meaning considerable more work. Otherwise the dealings were fine
