If you purchase Wall and Floor Tiles, Laminates or Tile Adhesives, we need to send your order on a pallet which costs from £59.90 to be delivered.
We understand that you may need only one box and find the flat delivery rate a bit expensive. We can assure you that there is no secure way to deliver tiles, but pallet delivery. Experience taught us that tiles are fragile to be carried by parcel delivery companies. Having said this, at your own risk, you can choose Courier Service option from £19.90 per box. In this case, we should not be responsible for any cracks or damages. If this option is suitable for your needs, please contact us.
If you purchased Vinyl Flooring, Underlay Roll, Insulation Roll or Polycarbonate Sheet we need to send your order by courier service which costs starting from £19.90 to be delivered.
Because of the item sizes Vinyl Flooring, Underlay Roll, Insulation Roll or Polycarbonate Sheet can only be carried by courier service other than pallet delivery.
Please note there is only one delivery attempt for pallets and large parcels (i.e. polycarbonate sheets, vinyl rolls) and re-delivery attempt may subject to extra charges. Please make sure there is someone to accept the delivery at the delivery address or instruct us and/or the delivery company to leave the pallet/parcel at a safe place or with neighbour in advance.

Collection Point
You can also collect your item from our Giant Warehouse in Newport for free of charge.
We advise arranging an appointment date via telephone, e-mail or text message to minimise waiting time while we process your order.
