  1. Returns

We make every effort to offer best quality home improvement materials at affordable prices – and we hope that you're happy with your purchase.

However, if you wish to return your item(s), you are welcome to do so. Please make sure that items must be in their original, unused condition and returned within 14 days of receiving them. Please return them in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase for tracking purposes.

Please do not send your items back to the manufacturer.

  • Return of Sale or Clearance items

Unfortunately, we can only refund regular priced items unless they are defective.


  1. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we may send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

  • Shipping Costs

To be eligible for refund, the item(s) shall be returned securely to:

Foxhill Building, Wern Trading Estate, Newport, UK, NP10 9FQ. You will be responsible for arranging transport and insurance of item(s).

The customer will be responsible for arranging the return of the goods to the address above.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. 

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are eligible to receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.


  • Return Charges

Due to nature of the products each returned good should be inspected and re-stocked by a member of staff. We reserve the right to charge up to %20 of order amount (£) for inspection and re-stocking service for returned item(s):

For orders up to £200 restocking is 10% of order amount (£)

For orders over £200 restocking is 20% of order amount (£)

We can only replace defective items. You shall notify us on the day of delivery or the next day regarding the defection and provide proof of evidence.
