Beautiful lamp and fantastic service

Absolutely brilliant service from this shop. Unfortunately the exact lamp I wanted was out of stock, but Paul was able to find me a replacement that was even nicer than the one I originally wanted, upgraded my shipping to next day and threw in some bulbs! The lamp is spectacular, and the customer service is excellent. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely shop here again. Thanks so much Paul for going above and beyond!

Got email back saying that I need to read description before I bought as bullbs not included I replied back with picture of order stating I had done and that bulbs were included Got a reply back saying - you hadn't asked for bullbs but just to return the package I again asked for postage paid label explaining given the dialogue and the fact that I had not received what had been ordered that I need to return They came back and again said bulbs are not included OMG - It is just a nightmare. If not resolved will now be contacting my credit card company or

Mosaic lamp

I was very impressed with the timing of my order but un fortunatly the lamp was damaged,the response was to take photos & pack securely which I did and the parcel was collected on time on Monday 18th March,it is now 30th March and I await refund other than that I would definitely use Decoridea again.
